Whipping up some delicious spaghetti takes only about 1 hour 30 mins to cook up just like this tomato spicy one right here.

This basic pasta dish was simply transformed by adding shrimp, green, yellow and red pepper bells – without the traditional style of adding cheese.

Recipe for Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1. Fresh Tomatoes

2. Tin tomatoes paste

3. Spaghetti

4.  Fresh pepper

5. Onions

6. Green, yellow, orange and red bell pepper

7. Seasoning – flavour enhancer (aka, Maggi), curry and any brand of mixed spice, Salt to taste

8. Garlic and ginger

9. Vegetable oil

10. Shrimp

11. Chicken

Procedure for baked chicken

1. Marinate the chicken in a pot with the flavor enhancer, salt, curry, thyme, onions and mixed spice.

2. Adding one full cup of water and bring to boil for 10 minutes. This is to extract the chicken broth/gravy for spaghetti preparation.

3. Remove the half-cooked chicken and place in a clean bowl.

4. Mix pepper, onions, garlic and ginger together and add some of the spicy mixtures to the chicken.

3. Set aside while you prepare for the baking process.

4. Preheat oven to 450ºF/230ºC/Gas mark 8

6. Grease the pan with vegetable oil using a brush.

7.  Bake the chicken in the oven for about 50 minutes.

9. Ensure to turning the chicken to other side and glazing with pepper sauce after some minutes until it is cooked.

Preparation for Spaghetti

10. Blend tomatoes, bell pepper and onions.

11. Boil to dry out the water.

12. Heat two cooking spoonful of vegetable oil in the frying pan.

13. Put in the blended mixture of tomatoes, bell pepper and onions and stir fry.

14. Add some tin tomatoes paste, seasoning and continue to stir-fry for 20 minutes.

15. Pour some water in a pot, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoonful salt

16. Allow the water to boil then add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes.

17. Turn out the boiled spaghetti into a sieve to drain the water.

Preparing the Shrimp

18. Heat 2 tablespoonfuls vegetable oil in a pan over low heat.

19. Add the shrimp, increase the heat to a medium-high and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns pink.

20. Stir in soy sauce (any brand can serve) with pinches of salt, ginger and garlic until well mixed and thick.

Bring it all together

21. Mix the spaghetti into the tomatoes sauce and shrimps

22. Add chopped bell peppers and onions and stir fry for another few minutes.

Believe it or not, these food combinations are like heaven’s luxury. And doesn’t take more than 75 mins before you’re ready to enjoy fulfilling dinner time.
