Amabella Sophia Markert gained fame for being the daughter of American TV personality Pauly D. She was born from her father’s affair with Amanda Markert, a former Atlantic City waitress.

She became the subject of Battles Between Her Parents
Amabella was born on May 15, 2013. Reports have it that her famous father initially didn’t know about her existence as he and her mother, Markert, only had a fling after meeting at a Las Vegas club.
Regardless, Pauly was said to have a DNA test and in October 2013, he announced he was a proud father.
The celeb child was only a few months old when her parents were involved in a war of words with her mother. DJ Pauly D claimed that her mother was using her to gain fame. On the other hand, her mother also claimed that Pauly D failed as a parent as she was the one taking care of Amabella financially in the early months of her birth.
Further, in her claims, Pauly was only there for Amabella financially so he could gain the media’s attention. She claimed he wrote a check for the girl only because he wanted to show it to the media.
That is not all, Amabella’s parents had a custody battle shortly after Pauly announced her birth. He claimed that her mother was unfit since she worked at Hooters. Amanda also wanted the child to be in her custody while Pauly D paid child support.
The custody issue later died down as they reportedly settled to both be active in Amabella’s life.
Amanda would later delete her tweets about her being the sole provider of their daughter.
Amabella Sophia Markert Has an Older Sibling
Amabella is her father’s only child at the time of this report. However, she is her mother’s second child.
Before she was born, her mother Amanda had a son, Mikey from another relationship.
Amabella and Mikey seem to share a close relationship and their mother often shares pictures of them on her Instagram page.
She Won a Kindness Award
Amabella Markert won the “Displayed February’s Character Trait – Kindness” award from her school in 2019.

She has a Good Relationship with Her Father’s Girlfriend
In 2023, Pauly spoke about his relationship with his girlfriend Nikki Hall, and his daughter. Although he is choosy when it comes to who meets his daughter, he introduced his girlfriend to Amabella who was 10 years old at the time.
He told people that the meeting between the two women was the biggest milestone in his relationship with all.
Hall and Amabella’s relationship kicked off as they met. They like each other and FaceTime all the time.
