There are twelve Zodiac signs and each belongs to four elements: air, fire, water and earth.
Water

Air

Pisces – (February 19th – March 20th)
They are compassionate, caring emotional and quiet. They are simple, unassuming and very down to earth. They are easily exploited because of their gullibility.
They are devoted to acquiring knowledge. Their determination helps them to achieve anything they set their mind to. Pisces is ruled by Neptune, the mythical Sea god.
Aries – (21st March – 19th April)
Aries marks the beginning of the Zodiac sign with great enthusiasm and energy. Those born within this period are known as people of action with great organizational skills. They love challenges and they make excellent leaders. They may be impatient with people but they are loyal to the end. Aries sign is represented by the Ram and is ruled by Mars.
Taurus – (April 20- May 20)
This zodiac sign is represented by the Bull and as such have the bull’s strength, stamina and will.
Taureans may be stubborn and aggressive but they are excellent business people. They are also dedicated and reliable and are great confidantes. Taurus is ruled by Venus.
Gemini – ( May 21st – June 20th)
When it comes to socializing, the Gemini’s are top of the list. They are great motivators and enjoy communication with people. Their ever-changing personality helps them adapt easily to any situation. They can be unpredictable and prone to mood swings.
Gemini is represented by the celestial twins and is ruled by mercury.
Cancer – (June 21st- July 22)
If you have a great sense of home, with a great desire to feel loved and appreciated, then you are probably cancer. They love family and are likely to achieve more if they enjoy a serene domestic environment. Cancer is represented by the crab and had the moon as it’s ruling planet.
Leo – (July 23rd- August 22)
With the Sun as their planetary ruler, it is no surprise that a Leo always craves to be the center of attention. Their symbol is aptly described as the Lion for they always want to be treated like royalty. They are creative, fun-lovers and dedicated to their loved ones. They are full of Charisma with an outgoing nature towards life which draws people to them.

Virgo – (August 22- September 22)
Virgo has the personality of being perfectionists. They are practical people and always plans ahead. They are analytical, cautious and have great organizational skills. They are curious people and loves to conduct research.
However, they worry over everything which could make them very upset and are often critical of other people. Virgo is ruled by Mercury.
Libra – (September 23- October 22)

Scorpio – (October 23 – November 21)

Sagittarius – (November 21 – December 21)
Sagittarius are ruled by Jupiter and are the philosophers among the Zodiac signs.
