Like most celebrities try to acquire and maintain lean figures with some special diet plan, Berry has come clean with the diet that keeps her in good shape and you might have heard about the ketogenic diet.
In case you haven’t, it’s a diet plan based on eating of high-fat, adequate-protein and low-carbohydrate to force the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. Sharing this secret in an interview, Berry said she takes “avocado, oil, coconut oil, butter, and no sugar. So when your body gets trained to burn fats and you’re constantly in fat-burning mode, that’s the secret.”
The actress gave more insight when she talked about food on her Instagram page. She wrote that the most important part of being healthy and in great shape depends on what and when you eat. Berry revealed she has diabetic most of her life, thus, had always taken food very seriously. She also believes it [Keto diet] has been largely responsible for slowing down her aging process.

Workouts Routine
The mom of two takes her workout routines very seriously unlike of us and not only that, she want’s you to join her and “just decide to start! You decide today that you are worth it! While on one of her Plank Pull fitness Fridays, Berry took to her IG page to explain that you don’t need a fancy gym to get started.
According to her, all you need is a living room, a patio, a kitchen floor, a driveway or a backyard, and a water bottle – to strengthen your core has been the key to her workouts.
